Replacements

  • Clear photos or video evidence (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and coordinate with the supplier to confirm availability and determine the next steps.


4. Cost & Shipping

  • Replacement items covered under warranty or supplier policy may be provided at no additional cost

  • Requests outside standard coverage may require payment for replacement items and shipping

  • Some replacement items may ship directly from the supplier or manufacturer, which can affect delivery timelines

Shipping times vary based on item availability and origin.


5. Non-Eligible Products

Replacement items or parts may not be available for:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Limited-edition or discontinued products

  • Custom or personalized décor items

  • Products without proof of purchase or identifiable order information

If a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative solution such as a partial refund, full refund, or product replacement where applicable.
